Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We hope you will be completely satisfied with your shopping experience and products from Five Acre Wind Chimes. However, we know that sometimes things just don't go as planned and you need to return or exchange an item.
If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange providing the item is returned in new, unused, undamaged, and resalable condition in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items returned as outlined in this policy, will be eligible for a refund. You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item, less our actual shipping costs, handling charge if order was drop shipped from manufacturer, and a 20% restocking fee. Additional fees may apply if item is not returned in its original packaging and within 30 days of receipt.
Credit card companies vary in the time it takes to post credits, so it may take one or two billing cycles before you see the refund on your credit card statement. Once your refund is processed, you will receive email notification from customerservice@fiveacrewindchimes.com.
Engraved or personalized items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
In the unlikely event your order is incorrect, damaged, defective, or missing parts, please call us within 10 days of receipt so we can correct the problem at no additional cost to you.
